MMI Interview

Hi
I’ve got through to the MMI interview but I’m a bit stuck on the question “Describe a role you do similar to a train driver” ??
I’ve been told I’ll get asked this in my interview.
It’s obviously about experience of long periods of concentration.
Does anybody have any tips or examples ?

Hi,

I’d think of examples that show you have:
-worked alone for long periods of time
-worked with high levels of concentration
-worked in line with safety regulations.

You could also say

>Had to deal with customers on a daily basis

What does the MMI interview contain, how does that work? Havent done it yet

Multi-Modal Interview. It’s used to assess your verbal communication and the behavioural selection criteria. You will be assessed on your ability to be able to communicate work-related information in a clear and accurate manor. Safety is one of the key elements that you’ll be assessed on.
